I found my experience in the Minneapolis office of Bosley to be very professional, patient friendly, and very accomodating. From the front desk personnel (Sheena), to the Senior Counselor (Caroline), to the Medical Team; Technicians (Jocelyn, Emma, Carla, Kim), Nurse (Joy), and Surgeon (Dr. Zadnik), were all focused on providing a safe and pain free procedure, as well as, meeting my needs and expectations. They were very thorough in their explanation of pre-op and post-op procedures. They continually focused from start to finish on providing me with exceptional quality and a successful positive outcome. I was very pleased with my experience. Thanks again team, you did a great job.
